Payment Method I accept only PayPal for payment. Please kindly pay within 2 days after the auction ends  Death on arrival policy (DOA) Every betta fish I sold, I have packed and sent your betta to my local transhipper with the best care.But if the worst case occurred, the fish died on arrival ( DOA - The fish died in original plastic bag before unpack the fish bag), Please send the clear pictures of the DOA fish while in unopened original plastic bag to me. Buyer can choose 1 of these options
Refund ONLY for the fish price you paid on eBay. The Shipping costs that you paid to your transhipper will not be included in the refund.- Or receive the replacement betta which the same grade. BUT you still have to pay the domestic delivery costs that charged by your transhipper for the replace betta fish. Seller will be responsible for "The DOA case" only the customers who contact me within 7 days from the date of ship (Refer to "Shipped" mark on eBay.) or 1 hour after the betta fish has been delivered.(Refer from "A tracking number" from your transhipper.)
The DOA case excluding the fish death due to the carelessness/negligence of the buyer. I will be not responsible with this case.
